Location: AI Nahda, Sharjah, UAE Experience: 10 to 15 years' experience in a similar role, FMCG industry experience an advantage Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or relevant field (Masters degree preferred), experience in supplier management and strategy, local and international procurement, strong proficiency with efficiency in software and spreadsheets, excellent presentation skills Job Description Devise and implement the strategy for supply chain and operations at group level, source new suppliers both local and international, Establish and manage strategic relationships with key suppliers and industry bodies, Develop and maintain the qualification process of new suppliers and vendors, Negotiate favourable supplier agreements in term of quality, prices, credit terms and manage their contracts, Develop storage and distribution models that consider factors such as warehouse location, customer locations, available transportation modes to maximise operational efficiency or sustainability, Provide the sales team with information on warehouse supplies and inventory supported by product knowledge in order to enhance sales efforts, ensure movement of stock and to maintain healthy inventory levels Working Hour 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 6 pm with a l-hour lunch break Age Range and Gender: 30 40 years old, male or female
