Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Human Resources Manager develops HR strategies and operations activities, implements
personnel-related policies, develops and enhances the organization's human resources through
Talent acquisition, training and development programs, performance, oversees the employee
recognition program, and serves as a link between the management and employees.
The HRM is additionally responsible for assuring company-wide compliance with all local
employment-related laws and regulations.
Major Duties:
• Develop and administer various human resources plans, policies, and procedures for all
Company personnel.
• Develop organizational structure and make sure it's been regularly updated to reflect any
changes from time to time.
• Plan, organize, and control all activities of the department, Participates in developing
department goals, objectives, systems, and budgeting.
• Develop the job descriptions and ensure they align with each other.
• Conducts recruitment efforts for all workers, posts advertisements, work with supervisors to
screen and interview candidates, conducts references, and checks, extends job offers, and
conducts new-employee orientations, and employee relations counseling.
• Monitor the performance of front-line staff and ensure that the objectives and targets are on
track, and develop and oversee all employee reward and recognition programs.
• Develop and track key performance Indicators KPIs for HR such as recruiting processes,
employee engagement, turnover rates, and training costs, to achieve company goals and
objectives
• Conduct employee exit interviews and get feedback from staff who are about to leave the
company.
• Run payroll operations, workers' compensation, and WPS payments following policies and
procedures.
• Handle company-wide medical insurance including renewal, addition, and deletion as well as
day-to-day operations interaction with the insurance company.
HR Manager
Qualification: • BA in Business Administration or any related field, Master’s degree Minimum of 5 years UAE
working experience at both strategic and operational levels of human resources
• Minimum 3 years’ experience of people management experience
• Deep knowledge of UAE Labor law
• Minimum of 5 years using HRMS
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Salary: 7000 - 10000 AED/
Month.
