Job Title: Loyalty Program ManagerJob OverviewResponsible to lead a large digital transformational project with end-to-end ownership, from shaping approach to achieving desired outcomes through delivery. Implementation of this loyalty program would span across multiple business units / organizations within Aldar - establishment of governance structures, processes across multiple business units and external entities, driving business transformation and User adoption.The position requires:· Coordinating project teams and resource management within the program· Coordinate across groups from Sponsor, Business stakeholders, Key Users & vendor· Communication management to drive stakeholders alignment and positive adherence to program outcomes· Reporting progress and ensuring financial management of program· Driving Transformation and User adoption, post go livePrimary Responsibilities and Activities·Develop overall approach for program, its major time frames and deliverables to meet desired goals and ensure progress is on par compared with plan·Work with business, IT and vendor teams and ensure deliverables are aligned and met as per project expectations including maintaining relationships across stakeholder community·Partners with executive sponsor to communicate program goals, objectives and potential outcomes to build a collaborative relationship and shared vision for program outcome·Establishes appropriate governance functions for program, in accordance with enterprise policies and facilitates agenda setting for program committee/board meetings.·Directs creation and maintenance of required program documentation and artifacts.·Develops and controls program budget and manages expenditure within agreed spending plans.·Ensures and balances availability of required skills and competencies across project teams within program and ability to attract, train an excellent team to drive transformation·Leads reviews with the executive sponsor and stakeholders to identify organic or specific program needs and changes and directs the development of appropriate approaches to address.·Monitors and coordinates dependencies across projects in program and resolves conflicts·Directs or approves the establishment of a framework or guidelines for the use of contractors and professional service providers and determines their use across the program.Job RequirementsEducationBachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.Experience·10 or more years of experience in delivering large IT transformational programs, preferably in real estate, retail and hospitality domains·Experience in executing and delivering large scale loyalty projects /programs·5 to 7 years in diverse roles with leadership responsibilities across major projects and programs·Substantial consulting leadership experience·Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams & mandatory experience in engaging with senior leadership·Experience delivering Agile projects thru DevOps / CICD pipelinesKnowledge and Skills·Exceptional leadership skills, with ability to develop and communicate program objectives, inspire and motivate staff, and maintain alignment with the business strategy.·High degree of political sensitivity, astuteness and ability to use informal power structure of organization to achieve program success and overcome obstacles·Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to explain and “sell” the program goals and objectives to the business, as well as technical leadership.·Strong business acumen, including industry- and domain-specific knowledge of the organization and its business units. Familiarity with industry trends and innovation.·Excellent analytical, strategic planning and execution skills.·Experience in PMI or PRINCE2 or Agile or Managing Successful Programmes (MSP)·Practical expertise in using project planning tools, Microsoft Project and Project Server·Deep understanding of Current and emerging technologies and how organizations are employing them to drive digital businessCompetencies/Key BehaviorsThe program manager role is a senior-level position.
