IT Project ManagerIT Project Manager lead multiple digital transformational projects with end-to-end ownership, from shaping approach to achieving desired outcomes through delivery. Implementation of Group Digital Transformation projects would span across Marketing, Sales and Service.Roles and Responsibilities:Coordinating project teams and resource management within the projectCoordinate across groups from Sponsor, Business stakeholders, technical teams, Key Users & vendorCommunication management to drive stakeholders’ alignment and positive adherence to project outcomesReporting progress and ensuring financial management of projectDriving Transformation and User adoption, post go liveEnsuring compliance to IT PMO / EPMO methodology / templates throughout the project lifecycleManages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project, Manages the assigned IT projects by following the established PMO governance policy and structureSets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.Work with business, IT and vendor teams and ensure deliverables are aligned and met as per project expectations including maintaining relationships across stakeholder communityPartners with executive sponsor to communicate project goals, objectives and potential outcomes to build a collaborative relationship and shared vision for project outcomeDirects creation and maintenance of required project documentation and artifacts.Develops and controls project budget and manages expenditure within agreed spending plans.Key Result Areas:Updated Project Portfolio% Projects completed on time % Projects completed on BudgetStakeholder Satisfaction RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCEMin of: 5+ years of experience in the fields of Project and Portfolio Management, YOE IN A MANAGERIAL POSITIONMin of: N/AFIELD OF EXPERIENCEPrivate sector, consulting, with real-estate background preferred.TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLSExperience with one or more project management methodologies (for example, PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2 and agile).Practical expertise in using project planning tools, Microsoft Project and JiraDomain knowledge in SAP, ERP, Salesforce, etc., would be a strong plus.QUALIFICATIONBachelor degree in computer science or engineering with industry certificationsWORKING CONDITION
Regular working hours. Indoor Office.

management

Maximum Salary: AED 14,000 – 16,000

Notice Period: Maximum 30
days

Work Location: Onsite – Abu Dhabi
