IT Network EngineerLocation : Khalidiya, Abu Dhabi
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Design, implement, and maintain the company's network infrastructure• Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.• Have good knowledge of CCNA, CCNP, CISCO and NETWORK Administration. • Strong understanding of networking technologies and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN• Experience with firewall management, routing protocols, and VLANs, WLANs etc.• Configure and install new devices like Emirates ID Card reader, soft source tool kits etc.• Configure and Setup for TASHEEL, TAWJEEH Systems and MOHRE Web Applications.• Configure and setup Avaya Telephones.• Monitor network performance and ensure the security of the network• Troubleshoot network issues and resolve them in a timely manner• Email management, User creation, permissions, user policies, network policies and Group policies. • Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and systems• Create and maintain documentation of the network infrastructure• Provide technical support to end users as needed• Keep up to date with the latest industry developments and technologiesEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONRelevant background and experience in the same fieldADDITIONAL NOTESStrong understanding of networking technologies and protocols, and a proven track record in network design and administration within TASHEEL, TAWJEEH Operations.
