HR OfficerLocation : Khalidiya, Abudhabi
Job DescriptionROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems2. Provide counseling on policies and procedures3. Conducts or acquires background checks and employment eligibility verifications.4. Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.5. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.6. Monitoring staff performance, and attendance and maintaining payroll activities7. Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.8.Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.9.Managing pensions and benefits administration10. Develop training and development programs11. Finalize the performance management processes12. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues13. Maintain employee records, according to policy and legal requirements14. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.15. Be a team player.16.To do any other task will be assign to you by the company CEO or any of the company managers.
