JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible to grow and generate sales of Retail products via B2B & B2C
throughout the region with a focus to maintain strong relationships with customers and
develop new opportunities and partnerships.
JOB DIMENSIONS:
Organizational Context:
The organization owns and operates Community Malls, supermarket in the Community
Malls and standalone supermarkets in different formats.
The Community Malls are anchored
by supermarket further surrounded by retailers to complement the needs and requirements
of the local community.
The challenge for this job is to ensure diverse queries and service
requirements are addressed with utmost punctuality to avoid delays that would hamper employee
performance and productivity loss.

1. Respond to customer requirements to achieve targeted sales
2. Knowledge about Earth products
3. Manage performance and achieve professional development milestones
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Section Management:
1.1 Identify new customers in B2B segment in the assigned areas
1.2 Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities and analyze sales
options
1.3 Develop new business with good quality customers.
1.4 Develop customer portfolio as per Company’s requirements.
1.5 Work on the Product Mix to focus on increasing profitability.
1.6 Maintain a database of all projects.
1.7 Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
1.8 Build relationships at all levels within the customer business to give a feel of partnership
relationship.

1.9 Participate actively in team meetings and propose suitable strategies for increasing B2B &
B2C sales.
1.10 Propose strategies to generate additional revenue.
1.11 Responsible for payment controls and collection of outstanding as per the customer’s
payment terms.
1.12 Provide update on the Competitor activities on a regular basis to the Line Manager.
1.13 Report on new developments in the market in terms of projects in the region.
1.14 Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new
products.
1.15 Build and maintain professional networks
1.16 Coordinate with Line Manager to submit comprehensive commercial offers.
1.17 Ensure there is a seamless operation starting from identifying the customer needs to final
delivery of the product.
6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Academic and Professional Qualifications
• Minimum: Diploma holder
• Desired: Bachelors degree
Professional experience
• Minimum:5 + years’ experience in B2B sales with Supermarket experience

o Work experience in Retail sector
o Hands on experience of working with Customer agreements
o Ability to create and deliver presentations to wide range of customers
