Job Description

Advisor/Specialist - Experienced in Business Consulting, Business Setup/Company Incorporation,
to be based in our Abu Dhabi Office. Responsibilities:
Company
Incorporation in Abu Dhabi and other jurisdictions in UAE.
To
liaise with the relevant Authorities, Government Departments Free Zone Authorities
and others.
Respond
to client enquires in a professional manner and build relationship with
clients through effective sales conversations and presentations.
Assist
clients in identifying the best Zone / Emirate to set up their operations
in UAE.
To
manage the tasks assigned effectively and courteously, in line with the
Company policies and procedures
Strong
knowledge of Trademark Registrations.
Drafting
and Reviewing Contracts.
To
maintain a high level of confidentiality always with respect to Clients
and Company documents.
To
advise the clients with respect to Economic Substance Regulations, VAT,
UBO and other regulations.
Strong
knowledge of PRO work and visa procedures in Mainland and Free zones.
 You
may apply if you have:
4-5 years’ experience in similar field
Bachelors/Masters in Law
Valid UAE
Driving License
Proficient
in UAE Labor Law
Have solid experience in
business setup/company formation in UAE
Excellent communication skills

           Preference
for applicants based in Abu Dhabi/willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi and can join
immediately.
