Responsibilities (Job description):·
Creating job descriptions for various positions and sourcing candidates using various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, APNA, Indeed and other), social media platforms.
· Screening candidates according to best-fit criteria.
· Scheduling interviews and timely closures of positions.
· Offer discussion and negotiations with candidates, offer formalities, documentation, joining formalities.
· Preparation of policies and smooth execution of it.
· Maintaining relations with candidates till the time of their joining to avoid back out cases.
· Payroll preparation and performing all HR activities.
