Job Description

Provide secretarial administrative support including typing and editing documents, management of expenses for Project Manager and Construction Manager and filing. Arranging office stationery and issuing to the project team. Formatting of Project documents. Liaising with IT for any IT/telephony related issues.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • keep a clear head and keep track of everything from deadlines to essential files. professional communication skills: clear and friendly communication

Education + Experience
