We are  looking for a Senior Data Scientist to lead our data analytics team. In this role, you will apply your expertise in data science to solve challenging problems in the healthcare sector. You will work on projects that involve predictive modeling, data mining, and algorithm development, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency.Responsibilities:Lead the development of predictive models and machine learning algorithms.Design and implement data pipelines to process and analyze healthcare data.Work closely with data engineers to ensure data quality and integrity.Collaborate with clinical teams to identify data-driven solutions to healthcare challenges.Present complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Drive innovation by exploring new data sources and analytical techniques.Mentor and develop junior data scientists.
