Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.

- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

- Primary and secondary target achievement.

- Monitoring availability and visibility of all products in the outlets/market.

- Maintaining and strengthening the existing distributor network.

- Overseeing and developing performance of the sales team through product knowledge education and motivation.

- Recruiting resources at vacant areas
