Job Description

A smiling face at all times, receiving customers And Directed them to concerned staffs.2. CRE is responsibility to receive/make comprehensive inbound as well as outbound telemarketing follow call at the designated branch .CRE should be able to explain the concept of Deposit, Gold Loan and Business Loan either over phone itself or by inviting them to office.3. CRE Is responsible for maintained and updating of CRE Register ,Conversion register, prospects register and get them checked by BM on a daily basis more over she is responsible for maintaining computerized data base and ensuring both customer profile and contact details .4. Should have a precise knowledge about all products.5. Proper filing of Share application along with KYC in all Product and customer.6. SB, RD and FD Registers to be maintained.7. CRE is responsible for maintaining Gold Loan pending customer list and inform them to be timely payment.8. CRE should call to all customers before due date of their interest payment or loan repayment.9. CRE should make at least 20 new customers productive telephonic call every day without fail.10. Contact all customers who have defaulted in daily collection.11. Take responsible for daily collection with absents of collection executive/SBL Staff.12. CRE should ensure that daily CRE Report & Marketing Report before 5.30PM every day to HO.13. Coordinate with HO recovery team for charting visit to defaulters by HO team.14. The above duty's and responsibility is only illustrative not exhaustive, CRE can also be assigned any other duty as required from time to time.
