APPLICATION ENGINEER, Kochi, India
1. Project Management
•Responsible for a range of activities that will ensure the consistency and continuity of IT software services. Also in charge of driving complex IT software projects in a professional and timely manner.
•Monitoring, developing, and supporting all IT Software projects at the Enterprise level ( All region )
•Managing geographically distributed work-groups ( All region )
•Co-ordinating the project team and monitoring team members tasks
•Co-ordinating work with Software Consultants.

2. Requirements Analysis
•Monitoring Software Customization requirements Collected from an Enterprise level. And the time of completion
•Analyze and deciding priority of Customization
•Assigning & monitoring Customization tasks to programmers.

3. Software development & Customization
•Add on Software development by using SDK.
•Crystal report designing for Management and users for decision making.
•Integration and deployment of Add modules and reports into SAP B1
•Managing and supporting Asst programers for developing and Customization
•DAX Functions in Power BI
•Configuration of Power BI gateway for the data refresh in Power BI service
•Create customized reports in Power BI.
•Computed tables in PowerBI using DAX
•Create pie charts, Bar charts, Line charts, Scatter plots, Tree chart, Cards, area charts according to deliverable specifications in Power BI.
4. Enterprise Level Software Support
•Managing Enterprise-level Support team & Make sure All regional team getting proper Application-level support
•Preparing Support Session Analysis report and evaluating Quality of Support
•Attending highly Priority Support session
