Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Manager. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing leases, conducting market research, and administering lease agreements. They will also be responsible for property management, resident retention, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements

Leases and Lease Administration skills
Market research skills
Property Management skills
Resident retention skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
Previous experience in real estate management preferred
Knowledge of regulatory compliance in real estate
Minimum 3 to 5 years of UAE Real Estate indusry experience as a Leaing Manager.
