We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to work as Technical Support Executive (Live Chat, Email Support) to answer questions, manage incident handling, and troubleshooting.
This position will be executed from the office, and from home during a crisis.

Skills and specifications:
· Excellent English comprehension and written communication skills
· Must be able to type 50 WPM with 0 errors
· Computer proficiency with related software applications, and must be web-savvy
· Technical aptitude
· Problem solving and analytical skills
· Experience in e-support, e-chat or similar
· Must be able to multitask (You will be attending more than 1 chat at a time).
