MARKETING MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION JOB RESPONSIBILITY 1. Planning, organizing and conducting various marketing activities 1.1 According to the company's strategic development, making marketing strategy scheme as well as forecasting marketing budgeting. (1) Collecting market information and making annual activity plans; (2) Identify trends and insights, noticing network real-time hot spots, as well as discovering consumer's new demand to develop innovative marketing strategy; (3) Preparing annual budget and cost based on annual performance evaluation targets and activities planning; 1.2 planning, organizing, implementing of various types of marketing activities use through a variety of resources and channels, so as to expand market as well as improve the transfer of marketing behaviour into real sales results; 1.3 Responsible for event planning and new shop opening promotion; 1.4 Responsible for store VI/CI planning; 1.5 communicate with marketing dept. of Mall management for implementing marketing programme ; 1.6 other Online and offline marketing collaboration works. 2. Social Media Operation and Management Increase domain private traffic through social media operation (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest) and other platforms to create private domain traffic, to lead to exponential growth as well as enhancing the brand cognition and image. 3. Analyse marketing data, supervise, feedback and evaluate marketing effectiveness Analyse marketing data, from progress, effect (attention, media activity, reprint volume, conversion rate) and other aspects to evaluate marketing effectiveness. 4. Completing department management policy as well as optimizing department working flowchart and guidelines. 5. responsible for the training, assessment management as well as the construction of talent team 6. Keep good communication and close cooperation with other departments (OP Department, PC Department, E-commerce Department, BD Department, and Finance Department). JOB REQUIREMENT (1) Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, network marketing, digital marketing, information management is preferred. (2) More than 5 years proven working experience in marketing, (FMCG industry marketing background is a plus, ) (3) In-depth understanding of various marketing channels and technologies; (4)Excellent analytical skills, as well as extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of Google/Baidu analytics. (5) Have a thorough understanding of the Internet, broad-minded, able to integrate Internet resources, with excellent Internet interactive and marketing planning capabilities; (6) Excellent writing skills in both, English and Arabic and excellent interpersonal and coordination skills; (7) Self-motivated, responsible, creative, able to work in a high-efficiency, fast-paced environment; (8) Good team work spirit, dedicated, willing to take pressure and challenge.
