Job Description

Nail technicians are service workers who look after their clients’ nails. They work for themselves, or in places like salons, spas, and nail studios. Employees in this role are also sometimes called manicurists and pedicurists because some of their main responsibilities are to provide their clients with manicures and pedicures.

Deliver high-quality manicures, pedicures, and other nail treatments
Apply nail polish, acrylics, and art to clients’ nails
Listen to your clients’ wishes and make recommendations to help them reach their nail goals
Keep all of your equipment sanitized and in proper working order
Upsell clients on various products and services
Provide relaxing hand and foot massages

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
