Plan and execute budget and resources to achieve sales, market share and EBIT objectives by leading and cooperating with marketing, sales and development functions of the Distributor.
Develop capability and manage performance of distributor’s marketing, sales and development team to ensure achievement of annual, mid-term, and long-term business objectives.
Develop and implement marketing and sales activities with Distributor to differentiate product offers to achieve customer satisfaction with defined market solutions.
Drive and ensure the company strategic direction is aligned with the demand creation initiatives of the Distributor to achieve a high-performance field environment.
Set and manage performance standards/targets of the regional sales team in line with overall business needs to achieve set targets.
Manage and promote company value and image with Distributor to optimize all stakeholder benefits.
Contribute to the development of company business strategy, policy and guideline for implementation at the Distributor level.
Responsible for market share, product development and registration in line with business objectives and deliverables.
