Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Grooming pets, including bathing, brushing, trimming, clipping nails, and so on
• Consult with pet owners to determine their pet's grooming needs and preferences
• Use appropriate grooming tools and techniques to achieve the desired results
• Ensure that pets are handled safely and with compassion at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the grooming area and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions that pet owners may
have
• Upsell additional services and products, such as flea treatments, to clients
• Keep accurate records of all grooming services provided
• Keep up-to-date with the latest grooming trends and techniques
