Job Description
Select, supervise, evaluate and train vessel managers and their subordinates. Serve as primary liaison between vessel management and shore side personnel. Responsible for maintaining good working relationships with all vessel employees. Assure vessel compliance with all governmental regulations and Company policies.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
