Job Description

Independent handling of Robotic Paint line.
-Hands on experience in Robot operation, maintenance . Knowledge of Preventive and predictive maintenance of Robots .
-Troubleshooting of Robots .
-Spare parts management of Robots.
-Independent handling of paint line all plant utilities like Conveyor , chiller , RO unit etc .
-Knowledge of breakdown analysis tools like Why Why, 8D analysis.

-Monitoring MTTR & MTBF .
-Monitoring of plant utilities like Gas, Water and Electricity .
-Preventive maintenance of paint equipment and its assembly.
-Maintenance of Air compressor , Chiller and cooling tower , Air dryer -Spareparts management .
-Knowledge on quality system.
-Should be interested in shift working.
