Qualifications & Experience:


Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a professional florist.


High school diploma or equivalent; floral design certification is a plus.


Experience in fresh flower arrangements, bouquets, wedding decorations, and event floral design.


? Technical Skills:


Proficient in flower care, handling, and storage.




Strong knowledge of seasonal flowers, colors, and floral trends..



Skilled in creating customized floral arrangements based on customer requests.


Basic knowledge of floral tools and materials (foam, wires, ribbons, vases, etc.).


? Creative & Design Abilities:


Excellent sense of aesthetics, color matching, and design balance.


Ability to visualize and execute themes for events (e.g., weddings, birthdays, corporate functions).


? Customer Service & Communication:


Friendly and professional communication skills.


Ability to take detailed floral orders and offer creative suggestions.


Experience in managing walk-in clients, phone orders, and online inquiries.
