Job Description
								We are looking for a passionate Telesales
     Executives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
 Conduct outbound calls to prospective
     customers to promote our products/services.
 Identify and qualify sales opportunities
     through given prospects
 Present product/service information
     persuasively to potential customers.
 Follow up on leads and inquiries
     generated through marketing campaigns.
 Maintain accurate records of sales
     activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
 Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and
     KPIs.
 Collaborate with the sales team to
     optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
 Provide exceptional customer service to
     build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
 Stay updated on industry trends and
     product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and
     objections.
Required Qualification:
 Minimum 1 year of experience in tele
     sales, fresher can also apply.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal
     skills.
 Strong negotiation and closing skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part
     of a team in a fast-paced environment.
 Results-driven with a focus on achieving
     sales targets and objectives.
 High school diploma required; Bachelor’s
     degree preferred.
 Mandatory languages: English, Hindi (Any
     regional language will be a plus)
