Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide support to our office and management team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and records.
Handle phone calls, emails, and internal/external correspondence.
Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Support other departments with routine administrative tasks.
Organize travel arrangements, events, or conferences if needed.
Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in administration or related field.
Proven experience in an administrative role is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fluency in English; additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are a plus.
