Job Description

The Information Systems Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and improving the efficiency and functionality of our information systems. You will analyze, design, and implement system solutions to support business needs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that technology solutions align with business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement through technology solutions


Design and implement information systems to support business operations and drive efficiency


Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications


Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to design and implement system upgrades and improvements


Troubleshoot system issues and work to resolve them in a timely manner


Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations


Develop and maintain system documentation and user manuals
