Job Description

Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheetsCalculating employee work hours, benefits,
and deductions.Preparing payroll reports, monthly
salaries, indemnities, and annual leave
calculation.
Ensuring taxes comply with company and
state labor laws and regulations.
Responding to employee questions about
compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.   Assist the HR
Manager and department in creating and developing employee performances,
assessments, and company policies.   Handles and follow up Legal and government
related matters for company.Facilitate
and support all administration task i.e Visa, residency, renewal, transfer, and
cancellation duties.Maintain
HR files and records in accordance with company procedures and confidentiality
standards.

 Job requirement:

 


Bachelor’s degree in accounting, human
resources, or similar field.
Previous experience working as a
payroll officer.
Advanced Mathematical skills and strong
attention to detail.
Proficiency and familiarity with
payroll software, systems, and procedures is a must.
Ability to handle confidential
information.
Familiarity with Kuwait labor law.
