Job Description
• Be familiar with sanitation regulations
• Setting up of the kitchen with cooking utensils, equipment, cutlery etc
• Cook food in a timely manner
• Assign tasks to kitchen staffs
• Ensure the safety and hygiene of the kitchen
• Supervise cooks and offer assistance whenever needed
• Experiment with new recipes
• Ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations
• Modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
