Job Description

Collect and deliver orders from assigned locations to customer destinations within specified time frames.Ensure accurate order handling and delivery.Communicate courteously with customers for delivery updates, order confirmations, and assistance as required.Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and report them to the supervisor if needed.Plan and follow the most efficient routes to minimize delays and fuel consumption.Adapt to real-time traffic conditions and make necessary route adjustments.Verify customer orders, payments, and receipts accurately.Maintain logs of deliveries and report daily to supervisors.
