Handle large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Adhere to communication scripts when handling different topics.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information and give appropriate solutions and or alternatives.
• Develop sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Maintain records of all conversations in the database.
• Update existing customer information.
• Follow up customer calls when needed.
• Complete call logs and prepare call reports.
• Meet or exceed the set targets.
