? Acknowledge each and every guest with a smile and a greeting, at times required to follow a script.
? Genuinely care about our guests by demonstrating world class service.
? Efficiently operates the organization’s point-of-sale system; process sales, including admission, group visits,
membership, and birthday sales.
? Actively markets museum promotions and uses upselling and suggestive sales techniques to sell museum
memberships to guests.
? Follow approved cash handling and ticket control procedures insuring that guest receive proper tickets and
change. 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• one or more years of experience in customer service to include hospitality and cashiering - preferred.
