Duties and Responsibilities

- Showroom Sales Representative is responsible for accurately taking the customers order.
- Make sure that the right quantity of the right product reaches the customers.
- Showroom sales reps should expect to work additional long hours flexibly during pick months, set ups and promotions.
- A Fashion or retail Sales Representative is responsible for selling the garments or accessories of a fashion manufacturer to visiting customers.
- Meeting with and providing hospitality for customers.
- Assisting in arranging special events, such as offers, discounts or in-store Visual Display shows.
- Being highly knowledgeable about the products they represent.
- International and domestic Transfer may also be required of a Retail Sales Representative.
- Be a retail professional that is charged with leading his/her store or department to reaching their financial goals.
- Carry out the retailer's mission by ensuring that all products embody the brand.
- Responsible for creating the ambiance of a store's overall
- Work with retail management to establish and implement financial objectives.
- Communicate those objectives and goals with the junior sales team to ensure that all accountabilities are understood.
- Work with buyers to plan each season when needed.
- Work with supervisors to attain merchandise that meets the needs of the client base.
