Job Description

Oversee administrative staff and share responsibilities to ensure performance
Prepare and update records as well as databases
Attend to phone calls and correspondence
Manage office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Monitor stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Present timely reports and prepare presentations
Conduct clerical duties for example answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.
