Job Description

We require HR & Admin Assistant For the Manufacturing Company.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting with job postings and advertisements.
• Coordinating interviews and candidate communication.
• Maintaining applicant tracking systems and databases.
• Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintaining and updating employee files and records.
• Handling documentation related to employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
• Managing time and attendance records.
• Managing office supplies and inventory.
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Coordinating meetings and appointments for HR and management.
• Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.
• Answering phones and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accuracy.
• Helping employees with payroll-related inquiries.
• Tracking and managing leave balances
• Assisting with employee communication and announcements.
• Managing employee recognition programs or events.
• Addressing general employee inquiries and concerns
