Job Description

Greet clients and visitors as they enter the office and direct them where they need to go. Work with security staff to maintain office security. Answer phones and direct calls as needed. Assist with various administrative tasks, such as copying, faxing, and taking notes.

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Sort and distribute mail to the appropriate parties
Provide superior customer service to our clients
