Job Description

A dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) is required to provide high-quality patient care in a healthcare setting in Doha, Qatar. The RN will play a vital role in patient assessment, treatment, education, and support, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and policies.Key Responsibilities:Patient Care:Assess and monitor patients' conditions, recording observations and vital signs.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Provide post-operative care, wound care, and assist in medical procedures.Collaboration:Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.Communicate effectively with doctors, families, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient status and care plans.Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and charts.Document patient interactions, care provided, and any changes in condition.Education and Support:Educate patients and families about their medical conditions and post-treatment care.Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.Compliance and Safety:Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and infection control protocols.Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.Emergency Response:Respond promptly to medical emergencies and assist in resuscitation or stabilization efforts.
