• Attend all inbound, guide and clarify queries of prospective patients & clients to convert closures.
• Route calls to appropriate personnel
• Troubleshoot & Manage complaints & problems.
• Maintain updated complete call logs & reports.
• Build & sustain customer relationships
• Alert listening, verbal & written communication skills
• Listening to and understanding the customers requirements via call
• Asking the correct questions probing and prompting the customer wherever required
• Capturing sufficient detail accurately to provide required service
