Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services or products.
Manage visitor sign- in procedures and ensure security protocols are followed.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, scheduling appointments, and handling mail.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments as needed.
Support office management by performing additional clerical duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.Previous experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in a customer service role is preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast- paced environment.Friendly, professional, and helpful attitude with a focus on customer service.Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently and maintain confidentiality
