Job Description

*Identify and capitalize on new demand generation opportunities.
*Coordinate & provide support to the Sales Manager and the Field Sales Team and help in the closure of deals successfully

*Responsible for processing sales orders and providing quotations to customers.

*Pro-actively following up with customers on quotations.

*Managing customer accounts whilst dealing with customer queries or complaints.

*Work closely with internal departments to ensure all orders are dispatched accurately and on time.

*Pro-actively follow-up on outstanding payments.

*Build and maintain strong, long-lasting professional relationships with customers & vendors.

*Performs all other related duties as assigned.
